Nios Real Time Clock

I need a Real Time Clock for a third party package! The package needs CYGNUM_HAL_RTC_DENOMINATOR and CYGNUM_HAL_RTC_NUMERATOR. Does anybody know how I can geht a real time clock? What should I do? Can I simulate a real time clock?
