There are no Nios II CPUs with debug modules available which match the values 

specified. Please check that your PLD is correctly configured, downloading a new SOF file if necessary.  According to above notification...I can not make it work...  Windowss 7 64 bit and quartus 11.1 ,  How can I solve problem ?  Thank you....

did you upload the correct .sof file, and does it include a debug module? 

It could also be a good idea to check your clocks and polarities of the reset signals.
