Intel FPGA OpenCL Compiler Estimated Resource Usage Summary

Hello,

What does "Logic Utilization" row of the Estimated Resource Usage Summary (that appears on terminal during compilation) indicate? Does it correspond to a hardware? In Summary Report I can see the resources being used for my kernel but no information about logic utilization. Can it be above 100% and still able to compile? My first guess is that maybe it has something to do with interconnects but I am not sure.

Secondly, why is the resource usage summary "estimated"? At least after compilation we must have something exact, isn't it?
