Support for 64-bit atomics

It seems that 64-bit atomics (atom_cmpxchg for example) are not implemented in intel_sdk_for_ocl_applications_xe_2013_r2_sdk_3.1.1.11385_x64

Please, add support for it.

Hi Alexey, Yes, this extension is not supported. Unfortunately, I do not have any other details (regarding plans, etc) at this point. Thanks, Yuri
