我有一台台式组装机使用i7 8700和微星Z390主板,硬盘是pci-e nvme
这台电脑使用时经常死机,多见于游戏和网页视频,死机频率从5分钟-2小时不等。
经过外设设备减少测试,更换内存/硬盘/主板/显卡等测试,尝试安装不同版本的操作系统都没能解决问题
在一次使用aida64性能测试中意外发现所有FPU相关测试一点击就死机
今天下载了IPDT_Installer_4.1.5.37_64bit,测试时,当Prime Number状态是Testing的时候马上就死机(鼠标不动了/键盘Num Lock键也不能亮灯),照片请看附件,请已解决的朋友提供解决方案,在此谢谢。

- Please provide an Intel® System Support Utility report in .txt format. (make sure to select all the options before the scan)
- What are the games that occur with the crash issue, have you tried other games or applications?
- Does it happen at idle?
- Provide Pictures or videos of the issue.
- Is there any error message when it crashes?
- When does the issue start?
