That is correct; of all the SKUs of the 6 Series chipset, the H61 is the only one that doesn't support AHCI.

As N. Scott Pearson mentioned previously, the Intel® Chipset H61 is the only one that does not support AHCI.
But, in order to validate that information, since the option for AHCI is actually located in the BIOS, you can always get in contact directly with Dell for them to authenticate those details, they have the chance to customize al the settings in the BIOS, they will be able to confirm if the AHCI feature is available for this platform:
