Core i9-10900X machine check exception being thrown

I've been troubleshooting a new build with a Core i9-10900X

I intercepted a kernel panic in linux and decoded a machine check exception with the following output:

I am able to install linux on the machine but experience enormous amounts on input lag through the connected USB peripherals. Occasionally I will observe a TSC firmware log with a kernel panic as well. Any help you could give me in diagnosing whether this is indeed a CPU cache issue, or a BIOS issue or indeed a memory DIMM issue would be greatly appreciated.

Albert,

Many thanks for getting back to me. On changing the motherboard from an MSI X299 Pro to a Gigabyte X299 Aorus Master - the issues are all resolved.

I guess at this point the MSI firmware just wasn't working correctly.
