I have an HP 82A1 MainBoard with an I5-7500. Now i will pgrade the prozessor to an i5-9500f. Bios for the Board is P03 Ver.02.39. Will the i5-9500f run on this Board?

I rather doubt it, but my opinion is moot; this is a question that you should be asking the board manufacturer (i.e., HP). Only they can tell you what processors are supported by their design and their BIOS implementation.
