I would like to let you know that the software itself does not have an option to change manually the voltages/watts since it adjusts the voltage/watts depending on the temperature of the CPU or you can use the different modes (Stand by, Cryo, unregulated)
However, to get more details and support I recommend getting in contact with the cooling solution and/or motherboard manufacturer.
