Hello, fellows!
Intel Extreme Tuning Utility overrides overclock profile Intel Performance maximizer provides.
See attach. I would like the profile marked with red (provided by Intel Performance Maximizer) to be active! Not default profile Extreme Tuning Utility sets upon startup!
Yet, I want to run Intel Etreme Tuning Utility in parallel to Performance Maximizer Profile to monitor, benchmark and stress test CPU.
Is it possible? This flaw in mutual apps interference really makes me pissy.

I know IPM has very specific needs/settings in order for it to work, much of which is bios dependent. I am not sure if XTU and IPM can work together.
Download, run, and ATTACH (using the paperclip) the results of this utility:

Then, an Intel support engineer can assist you.

Hello User15737663376102832416,
Thank you for submitting your question on this Intel® Community.
There is no guarantee of system overclock compatibility when using other overclocking tools, including Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility.
It is recommended that you do not use Intel® Performance Maximizer in conjunction with other overclocking software.

It seems very illogical and looks like a serious flaw of this two pieces of software that they cannot interact with each other and work in conjunction for the greater efficiency. They are produce by the same manufacturer with the close intended use
Furthermore, XTU sees profile provided by Performance Maximizer just fine! Just overrides it and provides no opportunity to choose it manually!
There's almost nothing to do for Intel software developers - just make profile provided by IPM available to be chosen in XTU!
