Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool Results

I ran the Processor Diagnostic Tool and whenever i get to the Math test i receive a FAIL. Ive been having some major issues lately with all kinds of blue screen of death errors especially while gaming. 

I was finally able to test my hardware and this is what i came up with. Just trying to see if this is a fixable issue or do i need to start searching for a new processor.

Attached will be a detailed txt file from the System Support Utility

A common cause of this is failing or bad DRAM memory. I suggest you do some testing with a tool like MemTest86 or MemTest86+.

That was the first thing i ordered and replaced today and everything seems to be running fine so far today no blue screens so i think that did the trick! Appreciate the response!
