Kontron is developing and manufacturing products with Intel WGI210IT SLJXS, LH8066803102601 SR33P, and 10M02SCU169I7G FPGA and processors. We need to calculate the system reliability depending on the component MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Would you provide us the MBTF information for WGI210IT SLJXS, LH8066803102601 SR33P, and 10M02SCU169I7G at 75˚C?
