Every time I search for help with my issue, your forums come up! So I figure I am in the right place.
I really need help understanding my IPDT results. I have a prime, float and math fail when I run the diagnostic but I have NO IDEA what that means for me and my CPU. I also see you often attach a SSU download for customers to better understand these issues. I have the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and the SSU downloaded and ready to run; only problem is I am not very tech savvy. I just need more guidance and help to get this information to YOU, so we can navigate these problems together.
Can you help me please?
