I need to exchange a defective E5200 Processor for a new one. I purchased my processor in July, 2009, and it has a 3-year warranty. My problem is that I don't know where to send it. I first thought of returning it to Amazon, from where it was purchased, but they accept returns only within 30 days. I have been exploring this site to find where to return it to Intel, but all I can find is a phone number, 916-377-7000. When I dialed the number, I received a message saying that the call center was under maintenance, or something like that. Is there another number to call?
Thanks,
Roy
PS: I have already tested the motherboard, so I know that isn't the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I did use the chat feature on Nov. 4, and received a ticket number. How long does it take Intel to answer the request?
