Temperature Range

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1) For the processor Xeon E2278GE, What is the minimum & maximum temperature range for the processor cores?

2) Some processors (such as Xeon W-1290TE) specify the  max junction temperature (Tj) while some other processors (such as Xeon Silver 4309Y) specify max case temperature (Tc) only. My question is why do some processors specify Tj only others specify Tc only? Which one should I use when considering the maximum upper limit of the core temperature?

Thanks
