W7 is not supported on 8th gen processors.
Did you upgrade from W7 to W10, or did you do a clean install of W10.

Hello Max Novohackiy,
I am sorry to hear you are having issues with this matter. We will be happy to help you!
The error message you are seeing, is related to a hardware issue and sometimes it could linked to memory issues. Based on that, I checked the part number for the RAM you provided, and noticed that it does not meet the memory requirements for this processor model. The Intel® Core™ i5-8400 Processor only supports DDR4-2666 memory modules, and the part number you are using is lower than this specification. Is there any chance to test DDR4-2666 RAM sticks and check if the issue persists?
Also, I checked for the memory compatibility for the MSI Z370 PC PRO, but I couldn't find any matches for that part number. You can confirm this here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z370-PC-PRO# support-mem-5 Support For Z370 PC PRO | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global
You can check the memory specification for this processor model here: https://ark.intel.com/products/126687/Intel-Core-i5-8400-Processor-9M-Cache-up-to-4_00-GHz Intel® Core™ i5-8400 Processor (9M Cache, up to 4.00 GHz) Product Specifications

I took out the RAM and studied the labels. The model of my RAM is HX421C14FB / 8. I do not know why the system sees them as KHX2133C14D4 / 8G. I found the package from RAM and on the label too - HX421C14FB / 8. My motherboard is compatible with the memory model HX421C14FB / 8.

Thanks for the clarification.
Our recommendation in this case, is to use DDR4-2666 memory modules since is the memory type supported by the processor. I understand that the computer works with DDR4-2133 modules, but it does not meet the processor's specification.
You can always try to re-install the following drivers, and to check with MSI if a BIOS update or BIOS setting can help with this error message.
- Intel Chipset Driver: http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_chipse_300.zip
- Intel Management Engine Driver: http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_me_CFL.zip
Additionally, you can use the Windows 10 Recovery options to troubleshoot this error message: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4026206/windows-get-to-safe-mode-and-other-startup-settings-in-windows-10 https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4026206/windows-get-to-safe-mode-and-other-startup-settings-in-windows-10

I understand you correctly - you say that this is not a processor error? MSI told me that the error is due to problems with the processor.
I have the latest BIOS and the default settings. If you need any additional settings for this processor, please give me recommendations.

I do not believe this is a processor error, this based on your Intel Processor Diagnostic report. Everything there looks fine and all the tests were successful passed. The tool would have indicated is there is something wrong with the processor, and since the computer does not hang, enters BSOD's nor not lags, is not likely to be the processor.
Is there any chance to re-install the operating system with a different image? I'm aware you did a clean installation for this version of Windows 10, and there could be a chance that the error is related to that specific image you used.
For the BIOS settings, only MSI can comment on that. We have seen cases on Intel® platforms where a BIOS update addresses this behavior, but these have been a few and isolated cases.

Amy C.

- Remove the graphics card.
- Set default values in your BIOS settings.
- Check the if the event error persists.
- Run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool Download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool one more time.
And, please share the results.

And now i buy HX426C16FB2/8. And I think I wasted my money. The error has been saved. Now it remains to change the motherboard, the network card and the case, in order to understand what all the same reason)))))))))

I'm sorry to hear that!
Can you take the computer to a computer shop and swap parts? This can be an option for you to not invest more money.

Amy C.
