Why my system's is processor getting heats up?

I am here with my issue that now these days I am facing, I like "Intel " processor speed but I am facing problem that my processor speed getting slow and slow and after that my system will be off automatically, And I can't do my work anymore so, I request to you please solve my this issue. Thanks.............

I suspect your processor cooling needs attention/cleaning, and that you need proper ventilation. Make certain no dust is blocking any air intake or exhaust, and that the processor heat sink is clean. Get a can of compressed air to do this.
