processor Intel Core i5-3470 3.2ghz no it is not a third party design. Graphic driver Intel HD-updated for the latest driver. Not a pro at this just a beginner! First attempt at setting up a dual monitor system.
In response to the email of 11/09/2020, "Did your problem get solved" and the answer is no! Lots of inquiries but no solutions. I have had alot of "?" but no real suggestions on how to fix it. Been having trouble sending back a scan that was suggested and have no luck in sending.
When I try to send to servicerequestmgmt.intel.com I get "server IP address could not be found". I have sent this info in earlier correspondence.
Thanks for your update.
