Hello, @Kongrong

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I am sorry to hear what is happening with your processor.

We can provide you the information of how the cores work and how many you have, for example, your processor has 4 P-cores and 8 E-cores, you can actually verify this information here

However, if you have any other problems identifying the E-cores or P-cores in your OS or getting messages regarding this, you need to contact the OS developer for further assistance.

Best regards,

Hello, @Kongrong

Unfortunately, the only information we have is how they work, their functionality, for this inquiry, you have to contact your OS support for further assistance.
