i7-7700k failing Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool

Hello,

I have been trying to get my i7-7700k to pass the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool for the past 2 months after experiencing some stability issues within a specific game (PLAYERUNKOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS) and I usually get failures around the points of Prime Number or Math and I am trying to figure out what I can do to make it pass all the way through because then I feel like I will have less stability issues within a game. I have reinstalled the Tool several times with my most recent results being posted at the bottom. I would like to have my processor pass the Test and would like to know what I can do to make that happen.

Part 1.) I am using my EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 graphics card so the information provided is irrelevant and not applicable.

Part 2.) The bios has not been changed since I purchased my prebuilt PC back in October of 2017 and I do not have a flash drive to potentially update the bios. Also the computer does get really hot during the test but it is in a well-ventilated position within my computing area.

So now can I get other answers that pertain to the information provided and not on assumptions?

It is good to see that I am not alone on this. I too have an EVGA 1070 GTX FTW and I am also encountering the same issue with ICM when I run Intel's diagnostic software. Now this is on a brand spankin new Intel replacement CPU. Here are the test results:

I found ""Current Junction Temperature is 100C"" is too hot

also I found ""Current Degrees Below Max 0C"" is too cool

I recommend you to apply THERMAL PASTE on top side of the processor,

once you complete the process , recheck using IPDT64,

*correction* I meant to type IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) -- not "ICM". Please pardon my mechanical dyslexia. In the meantime I ran the Intel Extreme Tuning stress test (I did not over clock). The stress test pased with flying colours but I still get a fail on the IMC. Solutions anyone?
