The test is passing without issue. No signs of any problems in the processor!

The misidentification of the chipset device is occurring because you don't have the latest Chipset Device Software properly installed on your system. Use this process:
- Download the latest release of the Intel Chipset Device Software (a.k.a. INF Update) package.
- Extract the ZIP file contents to a temporary folder.
- Open a Command Prompt window.
- Change the current directory to be this temporary folder.
- Enter command "SetupChipset -overall".
- After this command completes and the system is rebooted, you can delete this temporary folder.
Here is download page for the latest version of the package that I can find: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28217/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-for-Windows-10-64-bit-for-Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HNK-NUC8i7HVK.
As for core and thread utilization in your game, this is purely based upon the implementation of your game. You need to be asking your game developers why they didn't design their game to better take advantage of the additional execution threads available to it. Unfortunately, this is a common problem in games these days. Poor, rushed, crappy implementations.
Hope this helps,

Let's just say that I am hoping that this is version will work, since it is the most recent I could find. If it does not work, it won't do any harm; we can just try again with an alternate version if this is the case
