Greetings
I recently purchased a refurbished Alienware x17 r2 Intel core I9-12900HK
the problem that I have is when I run the laptop , I immediately received and error code (2000-0314 Thermal Error reported)
I did follow with the Alienware dell technical support to resolve the issue,, they suggest to update the bios to solve the issue , which I did plus i have updates all drivers on the laptop
When i run the diagnostic tool again , I keep getting the same issue !
I did download the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility tool ,, i monitored the cpu heat,, it run normal , but it reach 100 C then swing back to normal,, without running any game or heavy apps
is there any suggestion form intel team to help me resolve this issue
is there any diagnostic tool that I can run , to generate report regarding to this issue by using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility
unfortunately dell Alienware technical support is very limited ,,
