Only  Windows 10 and greater on 7th gen and later processors.

Try running in W10 in compatibility mode, or run on W10 with a W7 virtual machine, or get rid of the old software.

Don't listen to the guy below. Yes, windows 7 WILL work, just use the <REMOVED>, and drag and drop the EXE on to a windows 7 ISO, for NVME and USB3 support. As you see below I have 7 on my 12900k. There is no reason at all it will not work.

@TheFighterJetDude No, you are 100% wrong.  Only Windows 10 (and later) is supported on 7th gen and later processors.  This is Microsoft's rule.  Just because you hacked an install does not mean it is supported.  You come here giving bad advice, and that is not welcome.  And, you specifically looked for an old thread to spread your tripe.

The correct answer is to use W10 or later with a W7 VM.   Personally, I do not buy the "my application only runs on W7" excuse.  If true, correct the application or replace it.  Most likely, however, it is some die-hard who simply does not want to upgrade, or thinks they are being clever with a hack.  Either way, wincows 7 is discontinued, dead, and not supported.   Time to move on.

First of all, if you think your written English is poor, then don't use it. We can translate your posts to English ourselves; that's easy. If using another language allows you to be more complete, accurate and verbose, then use it! There's a 'But', however (isn't there always?). You cannot include screen captures if the text in them is in a language other than English. In this case, we cannot translate this text (well, not easily). If this is all you have to post, then you should include the text from the post separately.

As for your assertion, it simply doesn't matter. Windows 7 is dead, dead, dead. Only Windows 10 and later are supported on 7th gen and later processors and platforms. Now, when I say 'supported', I am *NOT* talking about whether or not Windows 7 will *run* (it certainly will). No, 'supported' has to do with whether or not Intel and Microsoft will help you if you have a problem (or need a driver), which they won't. If you want to go off and use Windows 7, go right ahead - but don't come back here whining about your problems or looking for help resolving any issues that you have. Intel won't help you.

Oh, and Windows 10 goes into this state sometime next year, so consider that as well.
