turbo boost max 3.0 no funcona

hola buenos días, desde que compre el pc que tengo ,no doy con la solución al problema que tengo

en primer luga detallo el equipo que tengo para que se den una idea del equipo en cuestion

placa base giabyte game 9 x299

procesador Intel 9-7920x

memoria gqkill 16 gb a 3200 MHz

fuente corsair 1200 i

ssd Samsung pro 960

grafica gigabyte 1080 ti

todo con rl custo desde el procesador hasta la grafica

sitema operativo Windows 10 pro 7009

desde la bios de giabyte con la ultima versión de la bios intalada la 8c , dindica según he ledido que tiene que esta activado el turbo boost 3.0 en legazy de las dos pocine que tiene una es native y otra legazy , pues bien

para que no te de el erro con el programa de Intel turbo boste y lo reconcoza tiene que esta en legazy

el caso es que estado leyendo este problema que tiene alguno usiario

yo he intalado el programa de Intel pero a mi no me sale el controlador que indica

en el sitema operativo ID del dispositivo ACPI \ INT3510 , esta id a mi no me sale por ningún lado

pero el programa si esta intalado

lo que si me sale en el sitema de administacion es el turbo boste 3.0 pero si lo desitalo el programa no me sale nada

es deir esta ide que indica a mi no me sale

y no se que tengo que hace el caso es que no me funcona el turbo boste y se queda solo en procesa cuando realizo alguna prueba a 3.8 GHz de los 4.4 ghz

lo raro es que con la bios original es decir la que venia c de fabrica f4 de gigabyte de la placa base

si me corre a 4.4 sin hacer nada, no entiedo esto he probado con toda las bios y nada

hola buena he cambiado la placa base pero tengo ahora este problema

bien sabiendo ahora el equipo que tengo, todo esto lo tengo con una rl custo buena con triple ventilador nxzt rgb mmontdo por coolmmod tanto para la grafica como para el cpu, el caso es que si le pongo a 4.4 o 4.3, que son los parametro normale sin hacerle casi ni oc se pone renderizado a 92 grados y los vrm de la placa se pone muy calentitos , tengo una corsair 1200 i de fuente de allimentacion, el caso es que con la rl que tengo lo veo una desajeracion , dame tu opinion o que devo de hace , pasta temrica tiene puesta una mx silve 4 y de liquido maye paste naranja, no se que puede esta passando o si esto es a si en reposo tiene unos 40 grados y claro en primavera que no hace calor, me puede ayudar ,

final mente , el procesador , se llevo al sat y me lo daron por exceso de temperaturas

y final mente , me he comprado el intel 7940 su hermano mayor.

este video que les he pasado. explico a contiinuacion . el problema que tengo con este nuevo procesador

el 7940x

como se puede ver en el vdeo las temperaturas esta bien. pero si renderizo un video con sony vega y me pong a jugar

baja mucho los fps. tengo una tarjeta grafica 1080 ti. y jugando solo sin renderizar optengo 90 fps mas o menos. cuando renderizo y juego me baja mucho los fps.

yo tenia una cpu 5930 y jugaba y renderizaa a la vez , renderizaba con dos video simultaneos y jugaba pefecta mente

con esta cpu no puedo. esto tiene que tene algun problema y no se cual es

le hecho con su herramiienta de inte un diagnosito

se lo dejo para que lo vean ustedes
