I use Kaspersky Internet Security and they have a Safe Money program that disables any kind of screen capture during online banking. I cannot enable virtualization which is what I need because I can't get into BIOS to look for it. I have a Win 10 desktop Intel Core i5 33350p cpu @310 GHz

I would like to have your current processor model number. I was not able to find an Intel® Core i5-33350p.
Please bear in mind that the only way to enable/disable virtualization would through the computer BIOS.
Try running the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® System Support Utility and attach the results.

Thank you for attaching the report.
In regard to the processor specifications, the Intel® Core™ i5-3350P handles the following VT features. Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) ‡YesIntel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d) ‡ http://ark.intel.com/search/advanced?VTD=true&MarketSegment=DT YesIntel® VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT) ‡ http://ark.intel.com/search/advanced?ExtendedPageTables=true&MarketSegment=DT Yes
I understand this issue might be supported by Kaspersky since their software disables Intel® VT.
