About programmer of Cyclone IVE EP4CE115F29C7N?

Hi guys,

Plz help me to solve a problem about programmer for Cyclone.

In this year i`ve bought 6 pcs EP4CE115F29C7N, i soldered in 5 boards, but i only programmed for 3. 2 IC couldnt prog (Jtag and ASC). Why it so easy died?

Can anyone help me to explain this situation?

Hi truonghuudongha2004,

 

Have you checked your board power rail? some time unstable board power rail may cause damage to FPGA.

 

For 2 FPGA could not program, did you connect the JTAG pin correctly? Have you scope the output of JTAG whether is delivery the expected voltage?
