Agilex 5 BSDL Files

Hi,
according to FPGA BSDL Support page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/board-layout/bsdl.html
BSDL files are only available for a few Agilex 5 ES devices, no production devices at all. I'm particularly looking for A5EC008BM16AE6S BSDL file. Any idea when it will be available?

Regards
Frank

Hi FvM,

Hi FvM,

My apologies for the delay. From what we know, the BSDL should be quite similar to the ones for other Agilex 5 devices, but officially, it’s not released yet by Intel for this specific part.

We’ll keep monitoring Intel’s updates and let you know as soon as it’s available. If you need us to follow up with Intel or if you have any other concerns, just let us know.

Thanks for your patience.

Best regards,

Fakhrul

Thanks,
I have AXE5000 Evalboard, in production since 25Q2. Thus I expected that related support files for the device should be available. Not urgent at the moment, but I want to query and set I/O pin states with JTAG tool.

Hi Frank,

Thanks for clarifying. Since it’s not urgent at the moment, I’ll close this thread for now. Please don’t hesitate to open a new one if you need further help or when the support files become available.

Appreciate your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Fakhrul

Hi Fakhrul,
it's o.k. to close the thread. Nevertheless I'm surprized that there's apparently not even a timeline for full support of a device already in production.

Best regards

Frank
