Arria 10 FPGA memory ECC specifications

Hello Altera people, 

 

Does anyone know where can I find detailed specification on ECC block used for m20k memories in Arria 10 devices? 

I am looking for details like error correction rate, undetectable error rate (UDER) etc. for this ECC.
