I suspect if your organization does enough business with Intel that you are an important customer to them then talking direct to your Intel inside rep and/or via a Premier support account it could be made to happen. Intel does not ship 100% of parts out to orders, there are always some held back in my experience for special situations.

But if you are posting here my guess is you are not a key Intel customer or you normally buy thru distributors. Lead times (if they will even give them) are 6 to 12 months for parts.

Good luck. Glad I retired a few years ago so I don't have to deal with this kind of sh**show.
