Is there anyway to use USB Blaster (with Quartus II Programmer) to unprotect Memory content (all 128 Sectors) for M25P64? M25P64 is connected to EP3C55 through JTAG.

I'm suspecting that the raw IC have been write protected by the manufacturer. I'm not able to unprotect it with Byte Blaster (on board). The other alternative way i have is to remove IC from the board and use the IC Programmer to erase it.
