ByteBlasterII driver instalation problem

Hi 

I´m trying to install the ByteBlasterII driver in Windows Vista 32 bits. I followed the instructions from the altera home page:  

http://www.altera.com/support/software/drivers/dri-bb-vista32.html 

but when I execute bblpt /i, a system error message appear: Can´t start Altera ByteBlaster service. I´m running the cmd as administrator. 

Any help?

I have the same error when trying to install ByteblasterMV drivers. Any replies would be appreciated.

I have same problem but when i execute bblpt /i nothing happen what should i do?
