I have an example from ALTERA about PCIe. The device it used is 5CGTFD9E5F35C7 and compiled successfully. But when I changed the device to 5CGTFD5F5M11C7 ,it failed. I think this example is suitable for all CYCLONE V GT device, no matter the pins it has or something else ,but why it compile fialed. So I want know the reason and how to deal with it. Thanks for your answer.

The annex is the error report list by quartus.

The error message explains it pretty well. You now have a hard IP resource conflict in the device you've switched to.
