Hello, I will be doing a new design soon and now is the time I'm deciding which FPGA to use. I want to pick a device that is not approaching "End of Life" status. The Cyclone V has been around for some time and I was wondering if there has been any talk of the Cyclone V family going obsolete? I would pick the Cyclone 10 but there is no SOC variant.
Thanks,
Joe

Ask intel...
However, if Cyclone II, III or IV are anything to go by you won't have trouble buying Cyclone V parts for 10 years - at least...
Cheers,
Alex
