Cyclone V SoC FPGA boot from QSPI。

I build a barematel program.I want boot this from QSPI flash.

It can run well at DE1-SOC development board.

BUT at our own PCB, it stop when HPS write FPGA PIO.

Is it a boot problem?

I have a .PDF file. 

It record something that is wrong.

But it is writen by chinese.
