Cyclone V VCCPD is 1.2

Hey

I am checking my PCB card with Cyclone V GT, The part number is  5CGTFD9EF31 and I found a problem after the production.

 I connected  VCCPD3B4A to 1.2V instead 2.5V

The VCCIO of the  Bank 3B&4A is 1.2V.

What will be the effect of this mistake on the operationof the system?

Roi.

Hello,

For your information when the VCCIO is 1.2V the VPPD must be 2.5V. if this value did not match it may affect the I/O operational behavior because it is not meet the specification. For more information regarding this, it can be accessed through the link below.

Hope that helps.
