What DCLK frequencies are supported with the Serial Configuration Devices (EPCS)?

Hi tag 

For Serial Configuration Devices the DCLK frequencies are: 

EPCS1 and EPCS4 supports normal Active Serial (AS) configuration mode which operates nominally at 20MHz. 

EPCS16 and EPCS64 support both fast and normal AS configuration mode which operates at both 40MHz and 20MHz respectively.
