Datasheet requests for "EPM7032STI44-7N"

To register NSN with "EPM7032STI44-7N", we need a exact data sheet. Even though we have "EPM7032STI44-7 XXX" data sheet, we cannot find in any information about the codes for <Option Designator>, "N". We have already checked the situation that the assembly company ordered "EPM7032STI44-7N". So, if you have the updated data sheet,  please send us.

Hi,
according to my knowledge, suffix N always stands for lead free package. As lead free packages have been added later to portfolio (related to RoHS regulations), the option doesn't appear in old datasheets. There should be PCN announcing it.
