Hello, 

 

On dl.altera.com, hitting the Download Files Button produces this error:  

 

 

this site can’t be reached 

wwwqa.altera.com[/B]’s server IP address could not be found.[/B] 

 

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN 

 

Happens with any browser, any computer, either at work or at home. 

 

Does anybody recognize this ?

This is from their support page "The myAltera portal, mySupport portal, download and licensing centers, and training registration page will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance on Friday, January 5, 18:00 PM – Saturday, January 6, 00:00 AM PT.
