EDA Netlist Writer Fails to Run During Compilation

I'm using Quartus Prime Lite Edition. Whenever I compile a Project (regardless size/complexity) the EDA Netlist Writer will not run and I get the following messages:

Processing Tab:

Error (293007): Current module quartus_eda ended unexpectedly. Verify that you have sufficient memory available to compile your design. You can view disk space and physical RAM requirements on the System and Software Requirements page of the Altera website (http://dl.altera.com/requirements/).

Sytem Tab:

Error (112002): Cannot start the command line "quartus_eda" as .

My Desktop runs with 16GB (RAM) and 3TB (Hard Disk) (plenty of memory and disk space).

Does anyone have a clue of what may be wrong and recommedations to fix it?

Thanks.
