Hello Alex,

Please refer to the following KDB post to learn more about MTBF Failure-in-time rate (FIT) :

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/soluti...

You can find the FIT rate for Altera devices in the Reliability Report. Kindly be noted that the FIT rate for devices within the same family with the same process technology will be very similar and can be used for devices not explicitly listed in the Reliability Report.

Thank you.

The above link  "https://www.intel.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_US/pdfs/literature/rr/rr.pdf"

doesnt work. It takes me to a page which asks me to get premium support.

and makes me run around in circles.

Hello,

I apologize you are facing this difficulty. It is not something we want you to experience. Would you be able to e-mail me your CNDA?

Thank you.

Hello,

I need just the numbers FIT or MTBF of the component-EPM570T100I5. Other semiconductor companies provide these

at their websites available to public, without any Non disclosure agreement.

Thanks,

Alex
