Hi to all. 

I have a problem with EP4CGX30BF14 FBGA 169 pin package. 

In the datasheet I read that the pitch distance of balls is 1 mm. 

But in the footprint provided by xpedition (mentor graphics soft pcb) the pitch is 0.8mm. 

Can you confirm that the right pitch is 1 mm??

It's definitely 1.0mm pitch. See Table 1-4 in this document:
