FPGA project organization at your workplace

Hello,  

 

My company is in process of reorganization.  

 

I would like to know How typical embedded FPGA project is organazed at you workpalce? What teams are working on FPGA and what are the interfaces between those teams?  

 

How the responsibilities are divided among those teams? 

 

Say, a VHDL team, an analog design team , verification Taem and ets... 

 

 

Is there any methodology FPGA development practice that Altera provides ?
