Hex file different widths Maxplus II and Quartus 9.0

Hi, 

I am trying to target a EPF6016QX208-3 and programing serial passive with an external microprocessor. I am finding that the hex output files for Quartus and Maxplus II are different widths. 

 

Maxplus II header  

 

:020000040000FA 

:2F000000FFFF627514FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF12
