How to generate precise pulse train using MAX 10 FPGA?

Hey,

 

I would like to know if there is a way to generate precise pulse train (1ms width every 20ms) with low cycle to cycle skew of less then 10ns. kind of a monostable multivibrator ("one shot").

 

Does any of the timers could be configured for such performance?

Look at given example figure 36 https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/qts/archives/qts-qpp-5v1-17-1.pdf,pg157. However, you are unlikely to get a precise and predetermined pulse and also verification is not able to be done.
