How to route XCVR IO from Cyclone10GX to SFP

We are designing PCB based on Cyclone 10 GX device. There are total 12 channel tranceivers on this FPGA. We refer to its PCI-e demo board, howver, we found that the traces don't have AC coupling capacitors of XCVR (RX&TX) between FPGA and SFP. Do we need to add AC coupling capacitor for our board when we use fpga interconnecting with SFP?

Hi,
coupling capacitors are located in SFP module by specification SFF-8431.
