Intel Arria10 GX Development Kit - Board Update Portal Web Page

Hello,

We recently purchased an Intel Arria 10 GX Development Kit (DK-DEV-10AX115S-A).

The user guide of the dev kit says that the kit ships with the board update portal example stored in the factory portion of the flash memory.

Once we power on the board with ethernet cable connected to a network, and with default factory switch setting, we are expecting an IP address to display in the LCD of the board. But, in our case it just says "net initialize" and keeps on waiting. Do you we need to generate any new file? or any JIC file?. Couldn't able to see any IP displayed in the LCD. But the board test system says that it has detected a bup_webserver.sof (picture below). Can you guide or give directions on this?. Are we missing anything?

Hi Nazrul Naim,

Thanks for your response. Since I didnt get  a reply for a long time I thought this issue was not handled.

We found a solution for this. Rechecked factory setting, and connected the board and host PC to a network switch. It solved the issue.

Hi ,

I'm still checking this with the internal teams. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from them yet.

I will plan on letting you know as soon as I learn more information.

Thanks for your patience!

Warm Regards,

Nazrul Naim
