Interfacing 75 ohm device with 50 ohm Inputs

I am working to interface a 75ohm device with the 50 ohm inputs of an Altera FPGA. The recommended output circuitry for my device suggests a 75 ohm pull-up resistor on each of the differential outputs as well as a 75 ohm resistor in series before the BNC connector. Instead of these BNC connectors I will be connecting to a 100ohm differential FPGA. How should I go about interfacing these? What values do I need to change/add?

All help is appreciated. Thanks.
