Is any document about MAX 10 I/O performance for TTL/CMOS standard?

Hi,

 

For your information, Intel FPGA will discontinue publishing the I/O toggle rate specifications in the device datasheet because the actual achievable I/O signaling frequencies depends on design and system specific factors.

The toggle rate would base on the I/O performance target with specified maximum drive strength and load. The actual achievable I/O signal frequencies depends on design and system specific factors and is best determined using HSPICE/IBIS simulations.
