Is there a PLL in MAX3000

Hi,

I am new to Altera and I trying to understand the possibility of using PLL with MAX3000 device. I have a 20MHz clock connected to the GCLK1 pin and I need 72 MHz for my logic circuit. So I have gone through the Mega functions and realized that "altpll" megafunction is not supported in MAX3000 device.

Is it possible to generate 72 MHz clock from an input clock of 20 MHz for a max3000 device?

not in the MAX device. You need an external pll.
