MAX10 ADC User's Guide in English

The only ADC user's guide (Intel® MAX® 10 Analog to Digital Converter User Guide 683596 05/03/21 20.1) I could find on the Intel site is in Chinese.  Can anyone point me to the English version of this document?  Thanks.

I am sorry this is our bad, I tried to download the document and it turns out the downloaded document is a Japanese language version. this is our mistake and I will inform our website admin to fix this.

That's an older version of the document.  The link I provided is current (20.1 vs. 17.0).
